Generalised Care

This type of care is a combination of Personal Care and Domestic Care. At Audrey Care and Housing, our Personal Care consists of helping you or your loved ones to maintain you/themselves in a way that will ensure that your/their dignity is preserved and respected, while our Domestic Care consists of helping you or your loved ones to accomplish simple tasks whilst still not prohibiting independence.

• Assistance regarding getting up/settling into bed.

• Preparation of meals and assistance with eating.

• Help with shopping, collecting prescriptions and similar chores.

• Pet care assistance (Going to the vets, dog walks).

• Overseeing home deliveries.

• Washing, bathing, dressing and undressing.

• Managing continence/going to the toilet.

• Light household cleaning.

• Assisting with washing, ironing, laundry and linen.
