Subscribed Care
At Audrey Care and Housing, we have come up with an innovative approach towards clients who do not require consistent care. We created this type of care to target those who require care only a few times a year or for those who are in need of it during a crisis — we use this term to describe clients who may be healthy at some moments in the year but in the case that they fall ill, (for example during Winter, clients are more likely to acquire chest infections, or if clients are in a couple, one (the main caregiver) may fall ill and the other may require help.) this package is designed to be available towards them.
So, how does it work?
Subscribed Care works like a subscription — clients pay a yearly fee which covers a call-out system of 4 times a year, at any time, day or night. Each call-out has a maximum of 4 hours to it, however if this time cap is exceeded, clients will be charged the hourly rate.
However, this is still a new approach and is in its infancy, so we are open to any questions regarding this type of care — we hope it will benefit our clients to save money.
